At Lavender Deli, we take pride in offering premium Italian food products, coffee, and delicatessen specialties of the highest quality.

For hygiene, food safety, and compliance with current UK regulations, we do not accept returns on food products, perishable goods, fresh food, beverages, refrigerated or frozen products, or any items that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Returns for these categories will only be accepted if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to an error on our part.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Lavender Deli reserves the right to request photographs of the product and, where necessary, the return of the item before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

For non-perishable and unopened products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product received is incorrect, faulty, or sent in error by us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised/custom-made products.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
